His passion for perfection continued in the USA at Demuth's Tobacco Shop, the country's oldest cigar shop. Today, J. Castañon crafts exceptional blends in the Dominican Republic, using rare, aged tobaccos to create cigars that honor tradition and celebrate quality. Our Process

Our cigars are a testament to the artistry and tradition of cigar making. Each blend begins with the careful selection of the finest and rarest aged tobaccos. Our main batches are currently aged from 15 to 30 years. These tobaccos are meticulously aged in humidity-controlled rooms, then hand-rolled by skilled artisans using techniques passed down for generations.
